You don't need insurance to use PBD Health. If you'd prefer to use it, we accept many major plans and will show your estimated copay before you confirm a visit. Health savings and flexible spending cards are accepted for all services.
What if my visit can't be completed online?
If a clinician determines early in your visit that you need in-person care, we'll refund the visit fee and direct you to the appropriate setting.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Are lab tests and medications included?
Visit fees cover the clinician's time and your care plan. Lab tests, medications, and imaging are billed separately by the lab or pharmacy, and we'll help you find the lowest-cost option.
