Do I need insurance?
No. Visits and programs are priced upfront, so you can pay directly. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Will a clinician actually prescribe medication?
Only if it's appropriate. A licensed clinician reviews your history and decides. If a treatment isn't right for you, you'll hear that plainly. We never prescribe controlled substances.
How fast will I hear back?
Clinicians usually reply within 24 hours. Same-day urgent care video visits are typically available within the hour during operating hours.
Is this private?
Yes. Visits and messages run on an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platform, and shipments arrive in plain packaging.
What can't you treat online?
Emergencies, severe injuries, and anything that needs a hands-on exam. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for those.
